Theophilus Oladipo is a law graduate of the University of
Ilorin. He writes mostly on issues of governance and how
African businesses can adopt suitable intellectual property
models. Besides being obsessed with speaking truth to
power, he also engages in active advocacy and social
entrepreneurship through his community development
