Timothy Mwangi’s experience on the journey to
libertarian ideology began with an exploration of
geopolitics. As he watched YouTube videos elaborating
the geopolitical concerns in the Middle East through
alternative media, he came across the Ron Paul Liberty
Report. Ron Paul was instrumental in Timothy’s
internalization of non-interventionism (not isolationism),
the effectiveness of free markets (Austrian economics),
personal liberty and limited government. Timothy was
driven to explore the ideals of liberty in the African
continent and came across George Ayittey and the rest, as they say, is history.
