Presidential candidate Mohamed Mursi is ahead in the presidential race after getting the highest number of votes in almost 90 percent of all poll stations in Egypt.
"We have confirmed runoffs between Mursi and Ahmed Shafiq according to our statistics," Ikhwan Online website said.
